Their rude behaviors have left a bad impression to us and reflect poorly on the otherwise friendly locals we have encountered elsewhere.
#SAN PIETRO ISLAND ART OF RALLY HOW TO#
Nobody should visit their store as they apparently don't know how to treat their customers and don't qualify to run a store in such a beautiful island as one of the most popular tourist spots in Venice. We were very shocked by this mis-treatment. I have uploaded a photo just so everyone can get a sense of the situation. At that moment, there are 7-8 staffs members showed up and pushed us out of the store. When I took out my phone trying to record it this old man slapped my hand and trying to take away my phone. I asked him to stop screaming and he put up his fists making motions trying to beat me.

All of sudden, an old man who seems to be part of the staffs pushed himself in and screamed at us. My dad was quite unhappy to hear her response so he demanded apology from the rude lady. She kept saying arrogantly that this was a stupid question. I was initially quite calm and asked her explanation for such rude response. Unfortunately instead I received a mocking response with much rudeness. I was surprised to hear that as I was simply expecting some explanation on quality vs price etc. When I asked the lady who works in the store why the items are so expensive, the lady did not even look at me and just rudely responded "this is a stupid question". The glasswares in the store are quite expensive, almost 50%+ more expensive than the other stores we visited for similar quality items. We were completely shocked by the mis-treatment we received. We went to the store thinking of buying some handmade glass souvenirs. This store along with the factory is right off the water bus station of Colonna. My family and I visited Murano island as part of island hopping day trip. We were very relieved not to have placed the order we were considering.

Shame on you! Get your facts correct before treating your customers this way.

When we went to get on the boat to return to the hotel we were shouted at across the street by a very loud irate 'lady' who advised us the trip was one way only! What a way to treat your customers! Take their money and then verbally abuse them after providing them with incorrect information. The older gentleman who was our 'guide' advised we could return to the hotel on their boat and gave us the times it would be leaving. We literally had to ask the way out as there was no clear exit. The glass tour starts with about a five minute demonstration of watching a 'master' at work and then a tour of their showrooms for the next hour you are watched and followed continuously (not a comfortable feeling at all) and if you show any interest in any product you then receive a detailed account of the product and their offer of a 50% discount but still at a ludicrous price.
#SAN PIETRO ISLAND ART OF RALLY FREE#
Our hotel suggested a free tour of this glass factory with a boat pick-up right outside the hotel. A sales trap, as previously advised by other reviewers. There are 5 of each Collectable apart from the van which there's one of.I would have given no stars for this company if I could. Alternatively you can start a freeroam from the main menu. Each collectable is always found on a road so you don't need to venture into the woodlands/farmlands. You will need to collect all of these collectables in freeplay on the map Korkatti lakes.
